Jimlocked Garage Doors is a referral service. Homeowners in the Lebanon area reach out to us with garage door questions, and we connect them with independent providers. If you run a garage door business, you may be a good fit for the network. We cannot promise a set number of calls, because demand changes with the seasons and the area.

Who are we looking for?

We look for independent contractors who do repair, installation or both. Think of providers who are comfortable with:

• Spring and cable repair
• Track alignment and roller work
• New doors and a new garage door opener
• Storm and frost damage common in cold, wet climates

You keep your own business, your own crew and your own pricing.

What do we expect from providers?

Homeowners are often busy and a little stressed. We ask providers to be kind, clear and on time.

• Hold the licenses and insurance your area requires.
• Give homeowners a written quote before work starts.
• Explain options in plain words, including repair versus replacement.
• Be honest about arrival windows and keep to them where you can.
• Treat the home and garage with care.

Providers who skip these basics may be removed from the network.
